# Withdraw

You can withdraw funds from a pool at any time after a cooldown period has passed since your last deposit (usually a few hours). 

1. Click on Withdraw then enter an amount to withdraw from the pool.\

A 0.3%-3% charge is kept on withdrawals to deter liquidity locusts. This fee is allocated to the other LPs in the pool as a reward.

### Utilization

A pool's utilization is equal to the current open interest (sum of all open positions) x a utilization multiplier (approximately 1%, set by governance).\

The amount available to withdraw at any given time is equal to the pool's free balance (total balance minus utilized balance).
